14 days, no questions

Within 14 days of a purchase you can get your money back for the tokens of that purchase you have not used. Write to hello@staten.download or reply to the Paddle receipt.

Used tokens

Tokens already used for assistant steps are not refunded, except when a step failed because of an error on our side: then we give the tokens back.

After 14 days

Tokens never expire, so there is usually no need. If something went wrong, write to us anyway; we look at every case.

How it is paid back

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The money returns to the card or account you paid with, and the refunded tokens are removed from your balance.
