Your data files never leave your computer; for the optional AI we keep only what is needed to run your account and the bookkeeping.

The program

Without the assistant, Staten makes no connections and collects nothing. Once a day it may ask our update server whether a new version exists; that request carries no personal data.

What we keep for Staten AI

Your e-mail address and account id; the devices you signed in with (a name like “Staten 3.10 · Windows”); your token purchases, grants and use (date, model, size of the request, tokens); and the messages you send to support, with an error log only if you attach it.

What the assistant sees of your project (never rows or cells) passes through our server to the AI provider and is not stored by us.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Anthropic (the AI model), Paddle (payments, as Merchant of Record: it receives your card and billing details, we never do), Resend (sending e-mails). Each processes data only for that job.

How long

Account data until you ask us to delete it. Records of payments as long as tax law requires, without your e-mail once the account is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to hello@staten.download. You may also complain to the data protection authority (in Serbia: the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. The payment page loads Paddle’s checkout, which uses its own cookies to complete the payment.
